Connect with other ABC members by attending the Omaha Networking Luncheon at Anthony’s Restaurant on October 21 and the Lincoln Networking Luncheon at Beacon Hills Restaurant on October 27, 2015.
Our safety series continues with our speaker for the October luncheons. Craig Martin, construction attorney with Lamson Dugan and Murray LLP, will discuss the steps your company needs to take well in advance of an OSHA inspection, such as adopting a safety plan and training your employees on that plan. Craig will also discuss best practices to survive the OSHA inspection, including what to do in the opening and closing conferences, how to handle the walk-around, and how to best respond if citations are issued by OSHA.
Jerry Pigsley will present the Lunch & Learn Topic “OSHA’s New Guidance on Transgender Workers’ Restroom Rights”, at both the Omaha and Lincoln luncheons.
